This luxurious and fabulous villa is located on the largest croatian island of Krk, nearby seaside town of Malinska. The secluded area and the vicinity of crystal clear sea, which is directly accessible from the villa, makes the whole property very inviting and desirable.
Surrounded by a lush Mediterranean arboretum, the villa offers amazingly tranquil and relaxing sojourn. The location itself provides pleny of privacy but also enjoyment, on the terraces, at the swimming pool, on the beach or in the town.
This sea facing villa has several airy terraces, all charmingly furnished and ideal for dining, relaxing or having your own private corner.
The villa has 4 EN SUITE BEDROOMS to accommodate comfortably 8 guests. All the bedrooms, as well as the lounge and dining areas, are designed to match the highest standards. Carefully chosen furniture of supreme quality gives the space a sophisticated touch.The mansion is fully air-conditioned with TV, sat TV, VCR, stereo and internet available at all time.
On the GROUND FLOOR , there is a spacious living room with adjoining dining area. The living room is furnished with soft leather couch and chairs, having the fireplace at the central position.
The dining area consists of a large table for 10 and completely equipped kitchen, whith adjoining small dining table for 5. Floor to ceiling glass doors which follow the whole lenght of this floor, provide plenty of day light and amazing views on the area.
One of the double bedrooms is on the ground floor, while other 3 bedrooms are situated on the FIRST FLOOR.
The most amazing part of the villa is a beautiful and excellently maintained garden, in the middle of which there is a large pool. The garden/pool area is accessed from the ground floor, where the outdoor dining is perfectly set on the terrace facing the pool and the sea, consisting or a large table for 10 and the BBQ.
The beach is only steps away, as well as the path and stone beachside area.
SERVICES IN THE VILLA:
The villa Krk is unique in Croatia due to her ALL INCLUSIVE OFFER. The idea is that, once you pay a price, you can be relaxed and carefree during all your stay in the villa, because our staff will purchase the food, drinks and beverages for you, prepare and serve the meals, take care of cleaning and be at your service all the time.
The villa is offered with chef and house assistant, who are at your disposal during the stay in the villa.
Three-course lunch a la carte is served daily with carefully chosen beverages, as well as breakfast and dinner. All the ingredients are purchased from the local fishermen and market daily and the menu is prepared according to the guests' preferences. High prices food is charged separately (such as lobsters, caviar and similar).
Snacks, cocktails and drinks will be served at any time upon your request. Alcohol drinks, spirits, wines, beers, local drinks and beverages are included in the price of the villa. Expensive drinks like champagne, brandy or similar are separately charged.
The chef is fluent in English and Russian.
Children are more than welcome and we offer at your disposal a high chair, a cot and a variety of toys for your child to be safe and playful.
Two automatic vehicles are at your disposal either with or without a driver for daily excursions in exploring the island. A boat and a dinghy are also provided if needed (at extra cost). The chef and the house assistant are on the premises during your whole stay.
