Villa Brac 14 is the newest villa in our offer, built and decorated to match the high luxury standards and maximum comfort to our guests.
Villa is located on the island of Brac, in the town of Bol, just half way from the center to the Croatian glorious and the most famous beach Zlatni rat (Gorden horn).
A fabulous modern design, high quality materials and magnificent location, make this villa unique and astonishing. The fancy stone walls around the villa protect your privacy, so you can enjoy all the facilities completely relaxed.
A stone path leads to not one but two separate dwellings, each connected by an inner courtyard. Nestled in between and hidden from views, is a beautiful swimming pool and surrounding terrace paved with local Brac stone.
The villa can comfortably sleep up to twelve guests in privacy, luxury and comfort of 6 bedrooms.
The first building, closer to the sea, has stunning views through the pines.
The ground floor is complete with a modern kitchen, indoor dining area, living room and vanity bathroom. The whole south side of the villa has door to ceiling glass doors, opening to the beautiful terrace with sea view. The terrace is furnished with lounges and dining table. The back side of the villa also has glass doors, which makes her very airy.
The first floor offers a spacious master bedroom, with an en-suite bathroom and a private terrace overlooking the sea. There is another bedroom on the first floor with en suite bathroom.
The other adjoining villa consists of 4 suites/apartments, each containing queen size bed, bathroom (shower), kitchenette, wardrobe.
The first floors of the two buildings are connected with a small gateway for easier access.
So it is an ideal choice for larger families, groups of friends or even a corporate vacation. ABOUT LOCATION:
Villa is located on the intriguing island of Brac - Bol Town, which last year was awarded "the Absolute Champion of Croatian Tourism". Famous for its illustrious olive oil, wine and authentic village traditions, the island is most remembered for the Golden Horn, one of the largest and most beautiful beaches on the Adriatic - and one of the most photographed in the world. Like a small tongue it extends nearly half a kilometer into the clear blue sea. The tip of the Zlatni rat (Golden horn) changes shape each day due to the ever-changing sea currents.The beach, framed with deep pine groves for shade, is a favorite destination for surfers and sailors from various parts of Europe and the world because the sea channel between the islands of Brac and Hvar creates an ideal breeze for windsurfing.
